Polycom CCX EM60 Expansion Module (8F3R9AA)

The Polycom CCX EM60 Expansion Module (8F3R9AA) is designed to expand the call handling capabilities of compatible Polycom CCX IP phones. Ideal for receptionists, administrative assistants, operators, and other high-volume call users, the EM60 adds up to 60 programmable line keys for quick access to contacts, extensions, speed dials, and busy lamp field functions.

Featuring a bright 5-inch color LCD display and three pages of programmable keys, the CCX EM60 makes it easy to monitor call activity and manage large numbers of contacts from a single interface. Dual-color LED indicators provide instant visual status updates for each key, helping users identify available, busy, or ringing lines at a glance.

The module connects directly to compatible Polycom CCX phones using integrated USB connections and supports one expansion module per phone. Whether deployed at a front desk, call center, reception area, or executive office, the CCX EM60 improves productivity by reducing call handling time and providing immediate access to frequently used contacts and extensions.

• CCX 505 and CCX 600 phones do not provide power to the EM60
